## What is Marbly?

Marbly shifts the focus from anxiety to empowerment by transforming challenges, whether related to exams, phobias, or other stressors, into opportunities for personal growth. Each challenge is redefined as a meaningful step toward achieving your broader goals, with progress tracked through an intuitive, holistic approach that values individual growth over conventional metrics.

In Marbly, your challenges are represented by marbles in a jar. These marbles start out grey, symbolizing the obstacles you face. You select a marble to focus on, and with each attempt to reach your goal, you record your progress. As you make strides, the marble begins to brighten. Once you’ve fully conquered a challenge, the marble shines brilliantly, marking your success. The goal is to brighten your entire marble jar, turning each challenge into a symbol of your resilience and growth.
