## What is Marboot?

Marboot connects mosques with the communities around them. Follow the mosques you pray at and their day comes to you: prayer and iqamah times, events and announcements, the moment they're published.

FOR THE COMMUNITY
• Prayer & iqamah times — daily adhan calculated for each mosque's exact location and method, beside the mosque's own published iqamah times and every Jummah congregation.
• Today, this week, this month — flip a mosque's page between views. Iqamah shows what the mosque has published, and says so plainly when it hasn't yet.
• Adhan & iqamah alerts — per-mosque notifications at adhan time and a reminder before iqamah, tuned to how many minutes you need to get there. When a mosque changes its iqamah, you hear the day before.
• Events & reminders — classes, programs and community events, including weekly and monthly series. Pin the ones you care about, set reminders, add them to your calendar.
• Announcements & urgent alerts from your mosque's administration reach your phone in seconds.
• Qibla compass — points to the Kaaba from wherever you are, works offline.
• Hijri & Gregorian dates everywhere, with each mosque's own Hijri adjustment.
• Home-screen widgets — today's times or the week at a glance, straight from your followed mosques.
• Tilt to enlarge — turn your phone sideways for a big-type prayer board.
• Works offline — the last times your phone saw stay available without a connection.
• No account required — browse, follow and set reminders as a guest. Create a free account only when you want your mosques to follow you across devices.
• Made for every eye — colour themes including high-contrast and dark looks.

FOR MOSQUE ADMINISTRATIONS
Publish once and Marboot keeps it current: iqamah schedule rules with seasons for Ramadan and daylight saving, events read from a flyer photo, announcements and urgent alerts, a live wall display for the masjid TV at a link, and a website embed for the mosque's own site. Administrator access is set up on request — see marboot.web.app/support.html.

Marboot is free. Prayer times shown are what each mosque publishes; where a mosque hasn't published iqamah yet, the app says so.
