App is unclear when determining inbound/ outbound directions. ### 4/5 — Great for viewing Train Locations *2025-12-23* This is the only app that gives me a real-time view of the actual GPS location of any given MARC train. So I can compare against the official MARC train status-texts, to accurately gauge where my Penn Line train is located and when it is likely to arrive at my train platform. ### 1/5 — Not accurate *2025-09-02* First day using it. Posts the times my inbound train is supposed to be there not actual times (we are early). In the meantime, for a perhaps better experience, use the web version (https://marcmap.app) ### 1/5 — Useless *2023-08-24* Sitting here trying to find out about my North bound trains, all I’m getting is South bound, of course we’ll I’m at Penn station it might help. **Developer response:** Support for seeing all timetable trains (even trains that are not currently tracked) is coming very soon. For your particular situation, it may have been that no activity moving Northbound trains were inbound to your station. If there was one, please submit an issue on the github repo: https://github.com/qpxdesign/marc-map-ios ### 1/5 — Useless. Does nothing. *2023-05-27* I expected to see a list of trains and their departure times. Instead, sitting here at union station, the app tells me only the schedule of the very next southbound train. So, you can’t use it for northbound trains and you can’t look up a particular train. **Developer response:** Support for seeing all timetable trains (all future trains/scheduled trains) is coming very soon.
