## What is Marconn?

With the Marconn app, you can always manage your electricity and water supplies in real-time, paying only for the consumption made. All with the convenience of doing it from your smartphone.

Marconn attends to each user individually, that is why it includes the following functions and self-management features:
- Real-time remote control and monitoring of electricity and water consumption.
- Individual visualization of consumptions and services through the mobile app.
- Anti-theft electricity system when disconnecting the socket; remote deactivation of water when observing irregular consumption.
- Remote opening or closing of the supply.
- Individualized configuration: prepayment system or automatic charges.
- Automatic personalized notifications to guarantee security and management.
- Connection to multiple pedestals, at your choice.
- User connection to a pedestal assigned from the office; in the event of a breakdown, the system relocates to a newly available pedestal.
- Broadcast or personalized messaging from the office, to keep you constantly informed.
