We have offloaded the app and restarted our iPad. Nothing has seemed to fix this issue. None of the Marco Polo games have sound any more. Keep in mind that iPad 4 or older isn’t supported and iPhone 6 or older. If you have a newer device, please force close all unused apps and reboot your device to free up memory. That’s may fix the issue as well.
