But, every time we try to open it, it freezes. wW have to restart the iPad and sometimes even re-install the app to make it work. Every. Single. Time. So I guess Marco Polo has now taught my kid how to deal with undependable software? Please please fix this. Their website is barely functional (my ‘Subscriptions’ page has been spinning for 15 mins the the ‘Family’ link doesn’t work. Finally, it’s not clear at all where to find their activity packs and these are the start of problems. Which is a shame because he loves the content. ### 2/5 — No support! *2022-10-24, version 3.3.4* We have had this app for a few years and it was great. 5 stars, then today it stops my son in the middle of his learning and wants me to sign in again. It will not take my email, says it cannot find the account. There is no way to contact them without signing in! My subscription is paid up. This is unacceptable!!!! Update: What happened before, keeps happening. Once you sign in, you still cannot contact them. You can even search the web for ways, you will find sites that offer a way to contact them, but none of those work either. The content was great when you could get to it, but the IT department just can’t get it right. When the device is up to date, the app is up to date and you have fiber optic, more than enough bandwidth and everything else works…… the problem is this clunky app! ( this review format is running everything together )I found the way to contact them, hidden on the website!!! Hello, First I’d like to say that I have been a subscriber for several years now and after the 1st year, have always had constant problems with this app. I attempted to contact you and found nothing but dead ends. I originally gave it 5 stars. But it hasn’t worked correctly since the first renewal, and again you make sure that it is extremely difficult, almost impossible to contact you. I have updated the app and do this regularly, as well as keeping the device updated. We have fiber optic, plenty of bandwidth, the app gets uninstalled and reinstalled etc, etc, and everything else works accept this app! This problem occurs frequently! It keeps asking me to sign in and then it loads to the point of picking a subject and then just sits there until it crashes! You start over, only to have it happen again and again. Then it tells you your subscription has expired! MY SUBSCRIPTION IS PAID!! The way you hide is unacceptable. It should be easy to contact you! The “contact us” option should work even if you are not signed in and should not disappear once you do! Hiding the way to contact you at the bottom of the “terms of service” is down right dishonest! If these things do not change for better, I will be canceling the subscription. My issue is that I think the fart, burp, and toilet sounds are a little overdone. I have just been listening to my child play this and I can’t believe that I’m hearing a fart sound throughout the educational videos multiple times throughout each video. I am one who typically has no problems with this, and so if I’m having an issue with it, then that’s kind of a big deal. They are too frequent and pretty distracting. Maybe it’s to help keep the kids engaged in a subject by making it sound like an extremely flatulent classroom? I’m highly selective of various topics that my children are exposed to and discussion of controversial topics, such as vaccination, do not belong in an app like this. Such topics should be discussed between the child, their parent and their pediatrician. I can’t force you, it’s your choice to choose what you believe Creation or the big bang. ### 5/5 — Awesome learning app! *2025-08-25, version 3.8.8* This is one of those learning apps that when I started using it before I did not like it and did not have the patience for it but now that I’ve started using it again now that I’m older I’ve noticed I have more patience for it and actually enjoy it a lot more than when I was younger. My favorite thing is the games. I also like the section on inventions. I think it would be cool if you guys did some read aloud story books on topics as well or interactive books that have games because I think that would be really cool. I mean games based on the topic. To me it doesn’t matter that the games that come after the videos aren’t exactly based on the topic, but it still is pretty awesome. What I mean by books I think you guys should add a library inside the school. That would be really neat. And, based on what I see in the videos, I think it's a good app. But, I think you should make it Christian. Not the "Big Bang," or whatever (because the Big Bang doesn't exist)! God the Creator made the universe, you, me, and everything on Earth! Not some "Big Bang" business! AND the universe isn't 13.1 billion years old, either. Only a few thousand years old. The Bible says so, I think you should accept Christ as your Saviour. Because it'll do you good in life. We are all sinners, and I want you to be with God when you die. God wrote the Bible with some men, and He told what to write. I think other kids who don't know about God really need to know. I'm a ten-year-old boy and I've learnt about Christ in school. And to talk to Him, you pray. Jesus died on the Cross for our sins, and rose again three days later. You might be wondering, "Well, where's God now?" Well, He's in Heaven, a special place you will go to if you accept Him as your Saviour. Nobody is perfect, but Jesus. He grew up and was the only Kid who was perfect.
