Been a member for several years now. Fix this app! ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2026-08-22, version 5.39* Was going to check movie times, but it logged me out and won’t sign back in with Apple. Won’t be going now ### 2/5 — Not customer friendly *2026-08-21, version 5.39* If overpaying for theater snacks or tolerating poor projection quality still hasn’t convinced you to invest in an OLED TV and excellent sound system over continuing to support Greg Marcus’s smug empire, then maybe this app will. It’s regularly updated (like every week or two) to no discernible benefit to the user. The app is a merciless promotion tool that is extra light on descriptive info about the films in rotation. If I had another choice all around, I would make it. If I forget to pull it up before walking into the theater, I have to awkwardly wait to pull up my tickets. The screen will load for five minutes sometimes . The load up is slow and the searches are slow , lots of slowness . All that being said I love Marcus Theatres and my only qualm is with the app . Please am I the problem or is it the app .
