After some time the helpline also stop replying. I contacted support on same day time via [email/chat/phone] and provided screenshots and transaction proof. Despite multiple follow-ups, no appointment was scheduled and no refund was issued They are big scammers be careful its better to call doctor directly and book an appointment ### 1/5 — SCAM ALERT *2025-09-25* These guys are scammers. They took payment from me but for days their team couldn’t find the payment transaction and they were least responsive altho i shared screenshots of the payment. Few days later when it reflected on my bank statement, they were still looking for it in their system. Seriously is it that difficult? If you don’t provide services you should at least have the decency to revert the amount. I felt being robbed by using this app, I could use the other platform OLADOC. ### 1/5 — Doctors never available *2024-10-16* Doctors are never available on appointment day and time on online consultations also in hospitals they don’t regard appointments taken my marham. I paid for a consultation but never received a call from a doctor. I’ve tried contacting support multiple times to request a refund, but each time the call gets disconnected after a minute or two. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this app based on my experience. ### 1/5 — Worst experience ever *2026-04-04* I booked the appointment and paid the amount, but the appointment was not showing in my appointments tab. I contacted support, and they said they would connect with me via WhatsApp. They never got back to me. I kept chasing them every 30 minutes, and they kept repeating the same excuses. Later, they told me I could book with another doctor over WhatsApp for the next day. The next day, the same thing happened. When I followed up again, they said that doctor does not provide consultation over the whats app—even though the second consultation was booked by their own support team. When I asked for a refund, they said they would only return the money to my Marham wallet. They are scammers. Their support team is completely incompetent. They are making haram money. What should I do with the money they have put in my Marham wallet? ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-13* Looks like a scam, have paid the money already yesterday, but the appointment has been cancelled three times by the Doctor already. Wasted my precious time and money on this useless app. ### 1/5 — Underrated Team *2025-12-21* hi its good initiative to make that kind of platform but the customer care team is doing nothing to care about the customer especially after booking no one is available to sort issue with doctor availability as most of time dr is not available online. I booked appointments through this App a couple of time and everytime the doctors were of no help. Especially Dr Huma Aslam was a total cost of fraud. I paid for coginitive therapy which was mentioned in her profile and after payment she spoke with me just 5-10 minutes and said “ oh I am not suitable for that therapy”. Total waste of money. DO NOT TRUST This App ### 1/5 — Don’t Trust *2025-11-25* They are the worst service providers I have ever experienced. They took almost 4 days and still couldn’t connect me with a single doctor. They kept rescheduling my meetings again and again, and I kept waiting for 4 days. In the end, they cancelled the appointment themselves. I am such in awe of this app and the range of consultations it offered with specialist and consultant. Dr. Kaukab (ENT) was one such example. He listened very carefully and not only diagnosed the issue but also explained the issue in detail.
