Заблокировали анкету реального человека. Я обычная женщина, пришла на сайт с целью найти серьезные отношения. Произошло какое-то недоразумение. Служба поддержки в самом приложении на мои письма не отвечает, на электронную почту писала тоже не отвечают, полная тишина. Разработчики, пожалуйста разберитесь в ситуации. Дополняю отзыв: ситуация так и не решена ! Вместо реальной помощи приходят вот такие сухие шаблонные отписки. Профиль они заблокировали без объяснения причин, а на мой вопрос какой пункт нарушен- в ответ тишина. Сайт не ценит реальных пользователей! Если вы не хотите такой нервотрепки со службой поддержки, и чтобы ваш аккаунт заблокировали в любой момент без права разобраться в ситуации — обходите это приложение стороной.
