It takes me to the website for said product and then the "done" button that's suppose to take me back to the magazine doesn't work. So then I have to close out of the app and come back in....every time. You guys are doing too much. Go back to simple. I do like the clip and save feature, though. ### 2/5 — Can't load *2017-04-24, version 5.4.4* After multiple efforts to load and unload the app I lost all of my issues and can't load any now. It sYs I have a paid subscription but I don't get the mag. This issue of Marie Claire is rather dull, quite ordinary compared to many fashion magazines. It’s ridiculous that I have to scroll through every issue published each time I want to find my purchased issues to read. I can look at the table of contents and click links but the pages are somehow blown up and do not scroll. I contacted customer tech support who sent me an email saying they would contact me, next email was a survey about how did I like the support - what support? So I contacted them again then was ignored. App updated so I though I would try again no joy, I gave tech support one more try and just am auto response.
