### 1/5 — USA branch isn’t worthy of Marie Sharp’s name

I’ve found mariesharpsUSA branch dishonest, deceptive & unprofessional. Understand, I love Marie Sharp’s & have bought a case of 12 10oz bottles each & every year since 2006, but sadly I feel swindled by mariesharpsUSA & their business development manager who wouldn’t honor a simple PR campaign commitment they’d promised on their website. So I caution using the app, buying from mariesharpsUSA & also caution Belize corporate to reconsider who’s operating your United States office. The long story: After carefully reading the fine print, I participated in their first PR program & earned 300 points for promoting their new website. When I couldn’t find any way to redeem my points a year later, so I emailed the BD Manager who informed me my points had expired over a month ago. I informed her that I purchase a gallon every year but may not buy it on the same exact date every year. I also pointed out that their promotion didn’t list an expiration date when I signed up so it was unfair to include one after the fact. The BD Manager responded to my email BUT she switched email programs. She first used a regular & readable email service but in responding she switched to a business to business interface where both the sender & recipients must have the same app in order to view the document within an email. (I’m a customer, not a business so I don’t have a word processing program to translate the document.) When I received the document it opened in my email as an insanely jumbled mess with multiple sentences on top of each other again and again and again making it unreadable. I informed her two different times that her email was illegible with a photograph clearly showing the issue. I say I sent it twice because she never responded again or addressed any of the issues.

Some of the best hot sauces anywhere. I have tried almost all of them and the flavor is out of this world. Something is missing if this isnt part of almost every meal.

MS’s hot sauce is SO FREAKING GOOD! We scheduled a trip to Belize last year to meet her - that’s how much hubby and I love her hot sauce! Everyone is incredibly nice, generous and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! Also, did I mention how good Marie Sharp’s hot sauce is?! It’s so versatile. The Habanero, Garlic Habanero, and Belizean Heat are our favorites. Thank you, Marie!
