## What is Marigold?

Think it might be perimenopause? Log your symptoms in seconds and walk into your next appointment with a clear report for your doctor. No ads, no account.

Marigold is a symptom diary for perimenopause and menopause. A quick entry each day covers hot flashes, night sweats, sleep problems, low mood, irritability, anxiety, brain fog, headaches, joint and muscle aches, heart palpitations and more – 15 symptoms in all. Log your periods and your own custom trackers too.

WHAT MARIGOLD DOES
• Daily logging in about 10 seconds
• Calendar: symptoms, periods, appointments and check-ins at a glance
• Symptom check-in: rate 15 symptoms over the past two weeks and see what changed since last time
• Appointments: reminders the evening before and the morning of, plus notes on what was decided
• Trends & patterns (Plus): your most frequent symptoms and how they line up with your cycle
• Before & after treatment (Plus): log what you use – patch, gel, tablet, IUD and more – and compare your entries before and after you start
• Doctor-ready PDF (Plus): two to three pages your clinician can read at a glance – print or share it

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
No account and no cloud database: your entries are stored on your iPhone and shared only when you choose – by export, backup or Apple Health. Marigold never sells your data. Optional Face ID lock. No ads and no third-party tracking SDKs in the app. To measure our own ads we use Apple's SKAdNetwork, which sends only a few signals such as install, setup, trial and purchase; your health data is never included. Details are in our privacy policy.

FREE AND MARIGOLD PLUS
Daily logging, cycle tracking, custom trackers, the calendar, streaks, the symptom check-in, appointments and debriefs, reminders, Face ID lock and backups are free forever. Marigold Plus unlocks the full doctor report, trends, cycle patterns, treatment comparison and your full history. The free version shows the last 30 days of logs; check-ins, appointments and visit notes always stay visible. Plus is available as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Marigold is a tracking tool. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment and does not replace advice from a healthcare professional.
