It had many inspirational messages. Although it doesn’t work on my phone anymore. This happened a lot last year. My iPhone is updated (software and otherwise); still the app sessions get stuck even today. I am also a queer bisexual individual looking for mental health apps. And yet something felt incredibly off putting and exclusionary about the relationship advice. Ever single speaker used gendered terms (finding the right man for you, meeting men online, being jealous of female coworkers that are near your man). I spent a few hours in the app and realized I might not be all that insecure. A lot of this advice could be shared with people I know, so maybe it’s just not for me.
