## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Timetable Cannot Be Trusted

*2024-12-21*

The timetable and “real time” information cannot be trusted. Totally unreliable when it comes to where the next bus is and when it’ll actually arrive.

### 1/5 — Waste of time to avoid cash

*2024-07-05*

I’ve tried various ways to buy a ticket with this app without success. I’ve tried deleting the app and adding an account in different ways with the app but I always get the message no payment method available. I have payment methods on my iPhone. The app has no guidance about this issue. I’ll just pay cash or take a Lyft to avoid the aggrevation.

### 1/5 — Flawed

*2024-05-17*

Timetable is incorrect - use the website or call the office instead.

### 1/5 — Not working to show QR code for ticket

*2024-03-26*

This may be useful to look at time tables and location of bus, but when I try to sign in with my email, it says it will email me a link to log into my account, and never does.
What good is that? Now I can’t even figure out how to print the paper ticket with QR code. The old system with bar code Worked at least…THIS IS A FAIL

### 1/5 — loading … please wait ….

*2024-01-30*

yes 10 + min still no way to buy ticket. missing old app. is this alpha or beta test of app?

will buy ticket on bus.

### 2/5 — Not bad but no saved payment or Apple Pay. Also unreliable

*2026-07-27*

Basic app has most of what a rider needs. Schedule seems accurate (older reviews said schedule was not). User must enter payment info each purchase. QR code on phone from app ticket purchase was deemed illegitimate by scanner on bus. Happened to the other rider boarding with me who also had a QR code ticket. Driver let us on and had us call the main office to give out info over the phone to match our names to purchased tickets. Hassle. This needs fixing stat. Cash is easier and $1 cheaper

### 2/5 — Old school app

*2026-02-17*

Don’t expect much. The live view doesn’t work reliably - the bus suddenly disappears. The UX seems archaic. You have to constantly say which direction you are going. Have an account? You still have to pull out your wallet to add your cc info. While rushing to catch the bus, no Apple Pay. This app does the minimum necessary (buy tickets) but makes it all seem like this was done in 2002z

### 3/5 — App needs some work

*2024-05-19*

Glad there’s this app that enables advance ticket purchases but the live view seems hit or miss. Also the schedule listing doesn’t make sense.
Waiting at SFO now with a bus due in 5 minutes but app only shows one bus in action on its way to Novato- I sure hope that’s not correct! App needs some work.

### 3/5 — Not bad but

*2024-03-29*

Overall solid but the app does not save your card info. You’ll have to pull out your card (if you don’t remember every single digit like me) every time you want to purchase a new ticket. Not much of an issue when at home or in a private space but not great in a busy environment like an airport where folks can snag your info.

### 5/5 — Works fine

*2025-01-29*

Works fine. Nothing wrong with it. Thanks
