Maps don't work.... Shows boat ramps but no map which is no use.  The useful information is extremely basic.

GPS doesn't work and very few boat ramps show up. None for Christchurch or Auckland.

Persistent fast requests re Location despite being declined ... but repetitive slow (on UFB) .. even inactive, Tide response ... and slow loading of app ... allegedly due to “first” time ... er, each time.  Has worked better previously ... but seems buggy now.

This was advertised on the news tonight. I bet lots of people downloaded it but it's a bit sad. Tiny text. Inconsistent navigation and information architecture with a uninspiring user experience. It's not really anywhere as usefull as the news it made out. I suspect the opening form is sending stats back to govt depts. possibly the real reason why they built it. It appears to be designed a few years ago by the style. It was released after ios 7. Why is it not built for ios7?.

Took several attempts before it loaded properly- display was jumbled. Finally got it.

It would assist more if it showed speed limits in the shaded areas. E.g. Where river speed limit is 5km/hr. It doesn't show all ski lanes!

What a great little free app for boaties in New Zealand! It is clear and concise, has a logical menu layout, and is perfectly paired with the NZ Fishing Regulations app available also. 
Come on boaties let's all lift our safety game on the water.

Easy to use, relevant local information. Helps you find boat ramps etc. and allows you to work out where you can or cannot play!!!
