I literally have upgraded app 3 times in July. What I don’t appreciate is that I can’t make this payment through the application without talking to someone at the branch. This app is useless to me if I cannot just give you the money I owe you as soon as I have it. Reload and password change. All this, when you just want to make a payment. Using stored or valid credentials will still fail. I have confirmed this is Infact in their end! As for loans them self I had good experience with the company. When making a payment on a loan have an option to pay the loan in full. And also add a decimal to the keypad that pops up so we can pay the change and not just a full dollar amount.
