## What is Marionette Remote?

Whether you are creating films, cinematics for games, or AR/VR experiences, Marionette lets you record and edit motion capture in a fast, intuitive desktop, and VR workflow. Use VR to speed up your workflow, increase quality, and work remotely. Export or stream to your favorite real-time 3D engine.

We support all steam VR controllers and trackers with more inputs to come. Use this remote to connect to Marionette desktop to stream facial and hip tracking for capture.

- Removed the face mask from being fixed to the camera.
- Facial mocap was removed and replaced with new facial streaming. Facial streaming sends data directly to the Marionette desktop application without serialization.
- Fixed issues with IP address UI.
- Removed ability to change the port number for now.
- Added AR eyes for eye tracking.
- Hip tracking was removed and will be replaced with full-body tracking in the future.

- Sends camera and face positioning data on streaming.
- It is now mandatory to stream before motion capture so the desktop app can calibrate the head position.
- Removed the face mask from being fixed to the camera.
- Fixed issues with motion capture data interfering with streaming data.
- Fixed issues with blend shapes not sending properly.
