I love his no-nonsense approach. Change and improvement requires the same no-nonsense approach to life. We don’t change by reading a book, we change by action, and I think this app hits on all requirements to change: deep knowledge about the topic(s), daily actions, accountability from others around you, encouragement from like-minded peers. The emotions course has the most profound effect on me. As well as procrastination. Give it a try. It’s worth it. ### 5/5 — Great investment of time and money *2026-01-08* Honestly, nothing short of life changing ### 2/5 — Nothing new here *2025-06-09* First of all, I think this program is way too expensive. For $24.99 I could probably buy two self help books on Amazon, including the exercises. There isn’t anything new or fresh here. If I felt, I would learn anything new that would really work to help me change I might pay $10 a month for something like this. I’m also not a big fan of the community. My personal growth is private. Sharing really intimate details with hundreds of people doesn’t feel right. I think Mark Manson is taking a lot of people on an expensive ride. ### 2/5 — Self-help Swindle *2025-06-07* 1 star for content, 4 stars for app development quality. The program/subscription is marketed as a kind of baby steps approach to personal growth. “You need only to spend a few minutes per day on one simple task”, or something like that. False. You will spend hours consuming the app’s content and working the exercises each week. And fine, but at least make it worth my time. I spent many hours on the first module (Values) and I feel the only thing I really learned is that Mark Manson truly believes this malarkey at best, or is a grifter at worst. ### 5/5 — Momentum *2025-05-03* Love the flow, and interaction. it’s helping me recalibrate my thinking one day at a time.
