After an update erased all of my data & I sharply responded, the developer reached out & offered to help. After a week of trying it again (albeit cautiously) I think this app shows a lot of promise. Provided that it doesn’t wipe data again. The parakeet model appears superior to others. The downside I am experiencing in my use scenario is the lack of ability to copy directly from the transcript. Sometimes I only need excerpts or need to be quick. The hoops to jump through to copy prevent this directly.
