It wouldn’t allow me to re- enter my order, there was a timer that wasn’t going down. I called to report and was not listened to, constantly being told it was my problem! And it’s annoying you can only buy 15 items for quick delivery. There isn’t any normal bulk purchase delivery option. Just a delivery app for sake of one- to check off a box for the management. This App offers ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from the store but ONLY those expensive “Premium” Japanese fruits and Hairy Crab, Seafood and Christmas hampers they are trying to sell it to you. Please delete it from the App Store!! ### 1/5 — Very user unfriendly *2021-07-05* The app won’t accept my true address and changes it after I input it. There is no way to choose your preferred delivery day and time. If you try to go back to change something, you can end up with an empty cart and have to start over. There is no easy way to delete an item after it is in you cart. And you can’t put in a message to the delivery person. The worst ever. And they had a pretty decent website, but instead of keep them both, they closed the website without asking if their customers wanted them to do that. ### 1/5 — whoever developed this app should be fired *2021-07-04* The app shows items in stock then after you place the order a few hours later they cancel the items as out of stock. I call you complain they say they have no way to confirm the availability of items. WHAT IS THE COMPUTER FOR THEN? It’s really common sense to have items and use a computer to track how many are left. What a terrible app. avoid using this! ### 1/5 — Lantau no delivery? Bring back the Wellcome app/ ordering. Wellcome delivers: this doesn’t *2021-05-21* The app is rubbish. A) Wellcome supermarket app used to allow delivery in Tung Chung and Discovery Bay. B) Forced to use this app now & cannot get deliveries anymore!! C) It’s only using partial groceries list.
