In particular I cannot find my points! Where on this app can you see your accumulated points to use for gas discounts? I would have probably given it a one out of five. I log in recently and see an end-to-end full redesign that is smooth as silk. This is incredible to me! I am so impressed by what the team put together and I love this new app! I've been using it so much as I order groceries for pickup in between dropping off and picking up the kids. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job and keep up the amazing work! This redesign is so good that I've begun using this app more than the Whole Foods app for grocery pickup! ### 4/5 — Just started *2026-06-13, version 2026.18.0* Hopefully this app is much better than the last half because it was really bad. Apparently there is no communication between the app and the pharmacy. When I go to pickup my prescription at the drive through, they have no record of payment and they have no way of verifying or processing payment. This has happened twice already. I like the convenience of pre-pay, but I’m thinking of changing pharmacies. I had no issues with pre-pay prior to the app update. ### 1/5 — Pharmacy update impossible *2026-05-25, version 2026.13.0* The grocery portion of the app is great, whatever, but the MOST important feature I NEED through the app is the pharmacy section… which I can’t get into. Every single time I try to access the pharmacy I have to go through a login loop and I still haven’t been able to get in. ### 1/5 — Pharmacy Update Is Terrible *2026-05-08, version 2026.13.0* I’ve been using Market Street and this app to fill and manage prescriptions for several years. The recent changeover to the new system has cost you my business with prescriptions. I have an existing accounts, but there’s no way to log in. The only option is “Sign Up.” If you follow that path, it will tell you that the phone number or email is already in use. What kind of low-pay budget programmers did you hire to implement this new program? Terrible upgrade and changeover process. ### 1/5 — FRUSTRATING *2026-05-04, version 2026.13.0* I already had a great Market Street app. I just want to refill my prescriptions like I always do- so easy on the app! Well now there’s a new MS app, fine- I download the new app no problem. Now I’m an existing customer and stuck in a vicious cycle of verifying my email to log into my prescription account. So my quick request a refill has turned into 45 mins of trying to set up a new app, a call to customer service on eternal hold. I’m just going to move my prescription to a pharmacy with a drive thru (that would probably be ready for pick up by now!) Why mess with something that was already working seamlessly??? Oh- did I mention when I put in my existing phone number it told me sorry that number is already associated with an existing account! Well yeah I know that- that’s where my prescriptions are but because it’s on the old app I’m being forced to change I can’t access MY prescriptions with MY phone number- WTH! Btw, HEB is soon to open in my neighborhood- MS better get it all straight, I’m sure I won’t be the only one switching! Unfortunate because the pharmacy team at my local MS is EXEMPLARY. ### 1/5 — Pharmacy login problems *2026-05-02, version 2026.13.0* Every time I try to create my new login for the pharmacy part of this app, it doesn’t do anything. I click sign up and nothing happens. I loved the convenience on the old app of being able to refill my meds and see how many refills I had left. I managed my family’s meds. I now have to call in because the app doesn’t work. Calling in takes time away from the pharmacy being able to be more efficient at their jobs. I love the bakery, the fresh meat counter, and the Boar head lunch meats and cheese. Plus Market Street has a self food area to buy items ready to take home and eat. Their frozen food section has a wonderful assortment of items and a great selection of favorite ice cream. They do have a good organic selection I try to buy those for less pesticides. One glitch with setting up my payment method. Moved to Texas 2 1/2 years ago, and have been been using Kroger App home food delivery service. I have had continual service problems with the computer electronic program, and the employees selecting my groceries. I decided to try Market Street. I am also going to try your pickup service too. ### 5/5 — MarketStreet beats most grocery stores *2026-08-16, version 2026.26.0* In our opinion, the best local grocery store. We used to live in Colleyville so it was our regular store, but we now live in NFW and although we have a HEB by us, we still travel back to MarketStreet. The HEB is ok, but always so crowded and busy that it’s hard to even find a parking place within 50 yards. The quality of the bakery, produce, fruit and meat is slightly better at MarketStreet. One of the best parts for us is their meal area, we often bring home their roasted turkey and veggies for dinner the night of our visit. Started by United Supermarkets, they sold to Albertsons a few years back, but they’ve done the right thing and left it as it was. We’ll continue to drive 25-30 minutes to MarketStreet. ### 5/5 — Love *2026-08-07, version 2026.23.0* Very convenient and easy to shop, I like that you can search for ingredients and it has the recipe to make it ### 5/5 — VASTLY Improved *2026-08-05, version 2026.23.0* I never write reviews on apps but I have to with this. Night and day improvement from old app. Not only is searching/shopping function more user-friendly (especially with the AI assist), but the recipes/meal planning section is my FAVORITE. Don't overlook this, it has truly made our lives so much easier. There are tons of recipes/meal plans for any dietary lifestyle, and the app shops all the ingredients, making it easy to swap, add, or omit ingredients as needed. Though I haven't looked into yet, I saw there is even a budget section in the app to help you stay on track with expenses. And when you actually begin to cook your shopped recipes, the steps are SO easy to follow, with ingredients/amounts listed under each step so you don't have to keep going back and forth between the ingredient list and the cooking instruction. There are even built-in cooking timers if recipe steps require it.
