Do not buy. **Developer response:** Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Marketplace Monitor provides a free trial for all new users. However, in this case you had already used the free trial. Apple’s system recognises when a free trial has previously been redeemed and will automatically start a paid subscription instead of granting another trial. All billing and subscription processing is handled directly by Apple through their in-app purchase system, so Marketplace Monitor cannot control or override these charges. If you believe the charge was made in error, please contact our support team and we’ll review the situation and help guide you through the refund process. ### 2/5 — Good app but has 1 severe flaw *2026-03-06* Shows me some good deals, but not every deal. You will miss out on opportunities because it won’t show you every listing. I noticed this when I would get on Facebook and see multiple listings this the app did not send me. I’ve noticed this on multiple occasions. If you’re a serious flipper then this app will not put you ahead of the game. **Developer response:** Hello Jake, Thanks for your feedback. At Marketplace Monitor, we work closely with our users to ensure they see every listing that is relevant to their search criteria. When someone believes a listing has been missed, we ask them to send us the link so we can investigate. In most cases, there is a reason why the listing didn’t appear. For example it may have been filtered as a potential scam, or it didn’t fully match the users search parameters such as radius, price range, or keywords. When users send these examples to us, it also allows our team to review and refine the filters immediately, helping ensure your searches are as accurate and optimized as possible. For $170 a month you can use this trash app yourself! They claimed they had sent me a refund, yet the money never reached my account—not even after more than two weeks. Communication was unhelpful, and I was repeatedly given excuses instead of a solution. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this company if possible. Based on my experience, it feels very misleading. Looking through the reviews, many of the positive ones seem questionable and appear as though they could be from friends or family rather than genuine customers. I have tried this app before and it gave results hours later, while claiming instant. I thought id try it again only for it to scam me. This is fraudulent !!! ### 1/5 — Worse than useless *2026-01-14, version 4.0.65* Misses literally half (if not more) of things that are listed that are matching my keyword searches. Yeah it sends alerts, but what’s the point if it’s missing half of them?? It shouldn’t be missing any. Complete waste of money. ### 1/5 — Fraud *2026-01-01, version 4.0.65* The app clearly states “7-day free trial on all subscriptions.” I subscribed only to try the app. I was charged $300 immediately, with no trial provided. This is misleading and deceptive, and I did not authorize an immediate charge. I can genuinely say it has massively changed my life. It took me away from my 9-5 off the tools to reselling furniture full time. Nic from the very start has been an absolute legend with everything. He walked me through the app early stages and now reminds me to update etc.. so I can get the absolute best out of the app. I never really leave reviews but this has surpassed any expectations I initially had and completely changed my life. Massive massive respect to Nic and the team for truly being transparent and efficient with the whole process.
