This may be the all time worst application I’ve ever worked with. It is taking double the time to take orders. It is taking 3x as much time to figure out how to run a sales report. I have now reverted back to pen and paper when I meet with my customers. I speak for 100’s of other reps that are living in this same situation. ### 1/5 — NOT HAPPY *2025-02-13* I’ve been with Markettime for several years and ever since the merger with other companies the support and the reliability of the app has cost my company valuable time and money. I’m a rep in the field as well as the support to my team so I see both sides. This new app is not user friendly. It’s like they’re trying to make it look pretty instead of making functional. Slow, way too many clicks to do what the old brandwise did in one. It’s similar, but the changes are the worst part of it. I end up handwriting orders so my customers do not have to wait on the slow response from the software, which I then enter at home, meaning more time working when I could actually be relaxing. MT needs to get this up to a decent standard. The cloud version isn’t much better. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-11-15* If I could give zero stars I would. We transitioned from Brandwise to MarketTime and it has been a nightmare. This app is pretty much useless and the web application isn’t much better. Constant crashing, freezing, too many glitches to list. I have lost so much time and no telling how many sales struggling with this mess and waiting for support. ### 1/5 — Can't believe this is Industry Standard *2024-10-04* It is embarrassing that most sales groups in our industry have switched to Markettime. One of the worst pieces of software I've ever used. Industry execs need to put more pressure on MT to improve their software and customer service.
