There’s no way to filter your search results. When browsing a category, you can filter by brand but you can’t type in the brand you’re looking for. You just have to scroll through hundreds of options. And they’re not in alphabetical order! No way to filter by size or category for clothes either, which kind of defeats the purpose. Not enough sellers in my area but that’s not quite Markid’s fault. However, what is within Markid’s control is the updates. I tried to go into the app and got prompted to update. When I updated, I went back into the app and the same update popped up. I deleted the app and reinstalled and the same thing happened. After two weeks of no changes to the tracking number I tried to reach out to the seller- no response. I reach out to the company... several times. They promise to get back to you within 24 hours- lies- no response. I have filed a claim with my bank to try and get my money back. This is a disgrace to marketplace platforms.
