Thank you **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for reporting the issue, after following up on the matter, turned out the problem was coming from firebase (a Google acquired third party development platform that markit uses for phone verification). Firebase solved it, and so you shouldn't be facing the same issue again. So much easier than calling the dekaneh and the whatsapp back and forth. I am impressed with how smooth the app itself is, the accuracy to detail - top quality! But I would love to see a better way to select substitutes, hoping to see that in the next version.
