My 23,949 con disappeared without any reason!!
Yesterday, my MarkRun account showed 23,949 coins, worth approximately $23.95. Today, my balance suddenly dropped to just 61 coins ($0.06), even though I did not withdraw, convert, or spend any coins.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I spent my time using this app and earning coins, only to see almost my entire balance disappear overnight without any explanation.
This makes me question the reliability and trustworthiness of the app. I request that the developers investigate this issue, explain what happened, and restore my missing coins.
I hope the support team takes this complaint seriously and resolves the problem as soon as possible. Until then, I cannot recommend this app to other users.
