Het is een complete verspilling van tijd. ### 2/5 — Posting and making changes is practically impossible *2026-06-14* My attempts at posting items for sale is met with a “check your text” even when it’s something as simple as Black coat rack, brand name, and dimensions. I even tried to let their AI write it I am so frustrated and it didn’t like the text it wrote either. I tried in the app. I tried on the web. This has been like pulling teeth. Google told me to try taking screenshots of my photos because maybe that is flagged my text. Even though the pictures were already in JPEG format that helped for a few of my ads, but not for all of my ads. I cannot go in lower the price of my ad and all around this has been a very frustrating experience. **Developer response:** Hi! Getting blocked with "check your text" even for something as straightforward as a brand name and dimensions, then seeing it happen on both the app and the web, makes posting feel close to impossible. Thank you for sharing how inconsistent it has been, and how screenshots helped only some of your ads. If you can, please share the exact listing text (including any brand name and dimensions wording) that triggered "check your text" and which part of the flow it happens on (in the app post flow or the web post flow). Here’s how it works: you buy a product through the platform, pay the money to the platform (not directly to the seller!), the product arrives at your address, and immediately the system transfers the funds to the seller—even if the product isn’t in the box or in stock, and you receive something different from what you ordered! In other words, you won’t be able to get your product or your money back! Just a few things among others: - very often alerts will say there are x new results but the app will show much fewer ones. But the omitted ads will show up in general search! - the date, place of the ads are at odd places, hard to find, and recently it only got worse. - the “sort by” control is weird; and works weird with non-numerical prices. - on the web, one cannot open notifications in new tabs. Also, when the seller fails to ship the product, the koperbescherming fee is not refunded as on other platforms. Update: now the koperbescherming is forced on every purchase. A worthless attempt of abuse of perceived power. ### 1/5 — Advertentie verwijderd nadat ik had betaald *2026-05-26, version 15.229.0* Ik heb een advertentie geplaatst op Marktplaats en nadat ik had betaald voor alle mogelijke promoties, werd mijn advertentie verwijderd omdat zij vonden dat deze in de verkeerde categorie stond. Ik kreeg niet eens de mogelijkheid om de categorie aan te passen, maar het geld werd wel gewoon afgeschreven. Ik vind dit echt belachelijk. Ik raad Marktplaats af. Bovendien is de klantenservicebot dom en geeft hij totaal nutteloze antwoorden. Slecht gemaakte app. ### 1/5 — Verkoop van onnodige kleine spullen *2026-05-21, version 15.229.0* Ik probeerde oude dakrails voor een auto te verkopen. Ze zijn maximaal 50 euro waard. Ik probeerde dit via een verkoopadvertentie te doen. Maar wat een ellende! Ik betaalde 19 euro per maand (in totaal bijna 60 euro) en heb ze uiteindelijk nog steeds niet verkocht. Ik begrijp dat het geen populair product is en dat bijna niemand het nodig heeft, maar waarom zulke hoge kosten vragen aan de verkoper voor zo’n goedkoop artikel? Ik wilde er 50 euro voor krijgen, maar terwijl ik probeerde ze te verkopen, heb ik uiteindelijk 60 euro uitgegeven! ### 1/5 — Alleen maar oplichters mooie app als je iemand bent die bezig is met fraude. EEN AANRADER *2026-04-25, version 15.224.0* Verspil je geld en tijd niet hier. Vooral om een artikel te adverteren wat je zogenaamd bovenaan plaatst en meer kijkers aantrekt in dat geval kreeg ik alleen maar berichten van mensen die mogelijk alleen maar op verschillende manieren fraude doen, accounts dat maar en daarbuiten weinig serieuze mensen. Terwijl oplichters hun gang kunnen gaan met fraude en producten die duidelijk nep zijn, mijn product zomaar verwijderen en zonder bewijs te verwijderen dat het niet authentiek is. ### 1/5 — Tijdverlies *2026-04-21, version 15.224.0* Je kan geen Belgisch adres toevoegen dus ook niks verkopen. Ripp off site en jammer van tijdverlies.
