I’ve just moved and I guess I forgot to label my contact boxes (I have two different prescriptions). When trying to access anything on the app, I’m met with an alert stating tracking permissions are required. I don’t understand why you need my location to show my prescription but okay. I set the permissions in my settings but am still unable to get into the details of my prescription. ### 3/5 — Only applies to contacts not glasses *2025-03-12, version 1.4.1* The ad for the app said I could get all of my prescriptions online. That’s true for contacts. For everything else - like glasses or upcoming appointments, it just says, “you’ll have to call your doctor’s office”. It’s an app to sell contacts. Initial registration was painful. Emails weren’t received, security questions didn’t load and I had to reset the password three times. Now, here we are ordering a year later and every time I log in, it deletes two of the three members of my family. I can't just order what I need to order! This app used to work but has now made such a mess of trying to order my family's contacts. It is garbage! Don't use it- just order through your eye doctor.
