The app has one set of credentials, and the website has another separate set of credentials so you have to sign up twice. The manager stopped by the table to inform us and we got it right away. We frequent here often and love the food and efficiency. Everyone loves free perks so not sure why everyone is bashing the app. First night we signed up we got money off our meal. Sounds like a win. Online ordering would be ideal to those who “can’t live without that”. We didn’t find any issues with the app. Don’t let the reviews deter you. Get the app and the red sangria! Why isn’t there a link in the app to leave feedback or write a review following logging a visit? Not one time has a waiter asked me if I use the app or if I checked in and need to give them my code. Meet the managers and bartenders. Soon, they’ll be calling you by name and get to know the food you like. We’re sitting at the bar about twice a week and always look forward to it. When it comes time to log in for rewards or process a payment, the app just errors out with an “invalid authentication token” message. Recently Paytronics updated the app and many of the loyalty members cannot open the app any longer. I appears that is isn’t compatible with older iPhones. They update their menu but never remember to update the online ordering selections so I always have to call the restaurant with changes and I get a poor attitude from the staff every time. Too many links open externally. There is no online ordering or way to pay in the app. You can view menus and locations. Yay? You can do that with a web browser. I hope they make this app do more in the near future. (Side note: the lack of online ordering, through the web or an app, has really been irksome during this stay-at-home time. I live less than a mile from the restaurant. The food arrived cold and dry. However, I’ve been trying too apply one of my rewards that expires today (10/20/25). We love the ambiance and the servers are always so polite and helpful! The food is amazing! We love the crab dip or truffle fries for appetizer! My daughter always gets the Caesar salad with shrimp add on. I get the Tavern burger well done with either fries, onion rings or twice baked potato. We laugh, we talk, we eat, we enjoy! At least that’s what Lori said. My husband had never seen me clean a plate of food and usually I take some food home. Not tonight. The meal is perfect for those on keto. The flavor was so good that I have a new favorite there. Chicken cooked to perfection on top of mashed cauliflower with fresh green beans, Brussels sprouts, and mushroom. Truffle fries are disappointing. They used to be great but Lori warned us they changed the truffle to a powder and now they’re not something we would come back for.
