This App is a really great tool for one on one individualized coaching from Marnus. Despite being thousands of miles apart, his routines can still be done from a gym or home. The app is very easy to use and log workouts. Each exercise can be clicked on to see a detailed explanation and video to learn from and follow along. I would recommend this app and Marnus’s work to anyone struggling with pain or mobility,  specifically athletes who are looking to improve their overall performance.
