Was told for a week they were working on it, only to still have it not work. Nope. Janky as hell. Won’t let me watch games on the road because I “haven’t logged in at home for 30 days”?!? I don’t know what to tell you, I travel for a living and watch on my TV at home and my phone on the road. Don’t get me started about how basic the app is. It shouldn’t be that difficult to fire up a live game when I start the app. One of my favorite moments of every year is when I get to cancel my service after the Cubs inevitably eat it. ### 1/5 — Waste *2026-06-27, version 3.6.0* You need to pay for a monthly subscription and they don’t even carry half the games because they are on other networks. Everyday requires you to login again for one reason or another, sometimes in the middle of the game. The newest is “tv provider doesn’t support this channel”. Well it was supporting it 10 seconds ago? Marquee has been a joke since day 1 and they have made 0 improvements since launch. The app feels like it was developed as 5th grade extra credit project, but they got our money so what do they care 👎 👎 ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-06-14, version 3.6.0* If you sneeze the app will ask you if you want to start the game stream over from the beginning or go live. You are not given the ability to cancel. So if you are watching the game 30 minutes behind live and rotate your phone you’ll be prompted to start over or go live. Worst streaming app ever. Don’t get me started on the reliability of their streaming servers. ### 2/5 — TV APP IS BROKEN *2026-06-13, version 3.6.0* The app is working on my phone and tablet, however, I was logged out of the app on my tv beginning yesterday, 6/11/2026. I tried to login, and was told my password is invalid. I tried to change password, didnt work. I tried logging in with my tv provider and marquee account. Didnt work. I entered the code they gave me. Didnt work. Its after 4pm on a Friday, so their customer service is closed until Monday. Two stars instead of one, because 2 out of 3 devices work. Home from work just in time to unwind and watch the game on my big screen tv. Doesnt work. I already wasted 30 minutes of my life feeling like I got the runaround, might as well take a few more to share what a dumpster fire the tv app is in terms of functionality, and the ridiculously complex process just to login. ### 1/5 — This app sucks *2026-06-10, version 3.6.0* Trying to get subscription and will not even give me reason why. It’s not my internet. The app sucks. If my phone switches to low power mode while I’m watching it crashes or pauses. Sometime I’ll try and open it and it just won’t open, and freeze on loading. Often when it transitions from pre-game to the broadcast it will freeze. This product is terrible and is as predatory as the terrible quality, over-priced food at Wrigley. Just a classic situation. We’re a captive audience so they can milk us and treat us like an inconvenient barrier to our money.
