He likes that Casey and Meygan explain things but then give specific steps for us to take so there's no confusion. He even likes the worksheets and activities they offer. Honestly, we've done a 180 since using the app and it's only been a couple of months. When I first became a member I wasn’t sure if I loved the app more or everything in it. It has every topic. I love that everything is in categories and searchable. I love the suggestions. I love the worksheets. I love the podcasts. I love that my husband and I can login at the same time. It’s very user friendly. Only one suggestion, it would be nice to have 2 profiles in the membership. It’s been a while since I listened the podcast but here’s why I stopped. When I went back to pick up where I left off, it would pick up where my husband left off. So we would get lost trying to figure out who listened to what and what we were missing. If there was a profile or a simple checkbox or toggle for who is listening, it makes it so much easier. Whoever developed the app is amazing at what they do!!! After the service, I asked my husband to go to the pastor and ask what the name of the app and where to get it. This app had made us get closer to one another because of the connecting questions. I have also benefited from this app by watching the videos based on my assessment. This app has everything you need to help with making your marriage stronger. Whether you are struggling or at a good place in your marriage. Unfortunately, the host couple doesn’t follow their own advice. Video after video she interrupted her husband, eye rolls, and insults him on EDITED videos. Can you imagine? It’s almost like they don’t actually watch them before posting them. The videos with Ron and Nan Deal are great, but I can watch them on free platforms. There’s a lot of content but it’s hard to accept it after watching them interact. ### 1/5 — Issues *2024-12-26, version 3.01.1010* I had purchased this app and was going to use it with my husband. He did not want to do it. So I canceled it within the 7days required. But yet I keep getting charges for the 19.99 charge. I have cancer and I live on a small small budget. Today is Christmas Day. I am working out door dashing so I can eat. I lost my door dash app, had to reset it. When I did and added it back to my Apple ID asked me for my credit card. I had .90 cents in my account . So in order to work I have to cash out and pay them. First… I didn’t know they were by jacking my bank account for something I already cancelled. So now I have to put 20.00 in and pay them so I can work to be able to work. This Christmas is so messed up for me. This is wrong. Tried to work it out with apple they can’t help me because they are hyjacking my account. What I mean by that I have to deposit 20.00 in my account. Then they take what I made so now I have to work two hours to make up the 20.00 that I just lost from this app. This is so awful. I am so upset and crying . When you need every dime and it’s Christmas it’s messed up. To top it off my son passed away from cancer himself. I had a bad thanksgiving now a bad Christmas thank you marriage 365 that was not right ### 1/5 — Beware *2024-07-03, version 2.1.18* They’ll auto renew your membership even when you unsubscribe. Then reunite to refund. Sharon is unprofessional and rude. Also major glitches in the app so it couldn’t use my prepaid year membership for the past year. ### 1/5 — Glitchy and a waste of my time and money *2024-03-06, version 2.0.09* I couldn’t even keep the app for 3 days w/o canceling. The app froze and had glitches the whole time (iPhone 14) and delt with glitches even to cancel the membership. Had to take same quiz 3 x just to move forward. How is this for couples? No real direction on a path or lesson plan. Not intuitive at all. Just read and watch podcasts. Maybe click on worksheet and complete it, or not. We both got a membership but there was no connection or communication in the app. More like us both downloading the app and each aimlessly watching videos or podcast. For this price there should be some more serious thought and direction put into an app that claims it can fix your problems w/o a counselor. Very clear of no refund policy. ### 1/5 — A fleshly approach towards marriage *2023-05-06* No mention of scripture, or “[loving] your wife[spouse] as Christ loved the church…” I have been tuning into Marriage 365 content for almost a year now and I can honestly tell you that this is great for people that don’t have God in the center of their marriage or lives. As they state in their FAQs, this is curated for a broader audience. To share a brief fact or two: Marriage becomes easier when you both actively pursue the the Lord, his heart, and seek to love and walk with him according to the fruits of the spirit. This includes putting pride and ego from your mind and life because that’s not how the Lord calls us to behave. Proverbs 13:10 “Only by pride comes contention…”. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * To underscore a point: Putting aside pride and practicing sacrificial love like Christ did for us are two basic principles that will help improve your marriage by making this a daily endeavor on both sides. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * If you made the mistake of marrying someone not of the same faith or are unequally yoked there’s still hope though, and maybe Marriage365 is that for you. There’s nothing wrong with that if that’s want you want, even the bio on the webpage says they aren’t faith based. You won’t find any scriptural references, you might even find things that are contrary to a scriptural approach. Nothing about denying your flesh and striving to walk in your identity according to Christ, becoming a real (real=godly, Christlike, self control, temperate) man or woman, instead this is about behavior management and conflict management(good skills to have, not knocking that) This content can be primarily described self help and team help(because both parts of the relationship are needed to contribute for successful results), based on emotions/feelings and try to manage them. You can definitely recommend this to your LGBTQ friends or peers without any concern for insensitivity. The creators stand by what they say when they wanted to produce something that can be for anyone and everyone and consider themselves to have included biblical principle into the content. Which you can say that they somewhat have done sometimes.
