Couldn’t find a customer support number to fix the issue ### 1/5 — Issues from start no refund *2025-07-12, version 2.1.6* I was so excited about this app but unfortunately I never truly got to experience it. I bought a subscription and never got to use it nor was I refunded. I reached out to the company and they never were able to resolve the issue. My husband could not connect to my partner ID. He tried deleting and making a new account but there’s no way to do that. Even after he deleted it from his phone and it claimed all data will be lost still nothing. I tried to dispute the payment with Apple and they refused. I tried asking the company to get those days reimbursed they just continued to assist to fix the issue. However that doesn’t equate to the entire month I paid for nor was the issue fixed. They asked for proof of Apple not refunding me but never heard back unfortunately. I would have loved to had experienced this app. ### 1/5 — App issues/no help from support *2025-04-24, version 2.1.6* I downloaded the app a few days ago and added my husband but when he was answering his questions it wouldn’t let him move on from one of the questions. So he exited out of the app and restarted it and the app then started him from the beginning and when he tried to log back in with the code it wouldn’t not let him. He emailed support and so did I and they still have not gotten back to us. I wanted to like the app but couldn’t really get anywhere and so far support has been no help. As it is under duress. 1 star. Bad form ### 1/5 — I’m confused and disappointed. *2024-03-07, version 2.1.1* I paid for premium and it stated there were over 1000+ discovery packs. Now that I’ve paid for the app it won’t give me anymore discovery packs and my fiancé and I have finished the 4 it gave us. I would like someone to contact me about this issue because otherwise, this app is amazing and I WANT to give it 5 stars but I am a little disappointed that I paid for more content but am still stuck with the same content I had before. I was skeptical of how helpful this app would be but decided to try it based on their money back guarantee. The only way to use the app was to purchase a $50 lifetime access. I went ahead with it because they stated clearly that there was a 100% money back guarantee. What did I have to lose? The answer is $50. It took me less than 30min to decide that this app wasn’t working for me. I have emailed multiple times with no response.
