It is updated with latest software, yet it still will not load. It has worked in the past on iPhone 15 and works just fine on my iPad. After login it sends me a code for validation then gets stuck going around in circles then stops and I cannot click anything to get out of that screen. I have done all prescribed fixes (remove, clear cache, hard reboot, reinstall) all with the same result. It took 28 seconds of the spinning dial to bring me to the homepage not just once but several times while using the app. It’s not a mobile app. It’s a Web app and it will bounce you into a web only interface. The web experiences is arcane circa 2010 user experience. I just updated and now I can’t even get logged in. I restarted my phone but it didn’t help. It opens and immediately pops a message that says an error has occurred and then it just spins. I was excited when this came out but it didn’t have a lot of features, I thought more would be added with updates but it only gets worse. I can’t believe the amount of money I pay for MVC and you can’t even get an app that works, not to mention the website has been hit and miss for over 2 years now.
