One feature I would love to see is the ability to reset the Q bank for individual subjects instead of having to reset the entire Q bank. For example, there may be subjects that I’m already confident in, where I only want to review my bookmarked questions. At the same time, there may be weaker subjects where I’d like to reset and solve the entire Q bank from scratch. Having a subject wise reset option would make revision flexible. ### 3/5 — Good app,but... *2025-05-13* There is so much this app lacks when compared to the other counterparts , like the pearls are good but pls add filters to it u hve add tags to all question and all but pearls need tags and filter option so its easy to revise at last min or jus allow us to create tags for our account and save what pearls needed under every subject and its easy when compared to the only 3 tags of star q mark and a book mark now at the brink of exam in hve numerous book marked ones , but dont kmow which is high yeild ,i mean the team can be a little creative coz other platforms are doing these things and u being here for almost so many years pearls features are same , pls try to add things thst can make life a bit easy for us to be honest. If u want any ideas pls feel free to contact! ### 3/5 — Options we get in MCQs *2024-11-17, version 11.11.0* Hi , i am a proud marrow user since the beginning of my medical schooling, i enjoy solving mcq in the app . i have one suggestion to make to marrow team that if i am solving custom module and , i get questions that already solved in q bank , some time subconscious brain know that the option C is answer but do not know why that is the answer . So my request to the team is to shuffle options of the questions if the user is solving it again , i believe this is not that complicated problem. #letsmakemarrowgreat ### 4/5 — Individual notes *2024-08-17, version 11.6.0* Please launch service to buy individual subject notes it will be very helpful if new editions are launched as people who already bought older edition notes cannot buy whole set again n again so only important updated ones for neet pg prep would be helpful so please do launch service to buy single subject notebooks. ### 4/5 — Module keeps on changing by itself *2024-06-08, version 11.3.1* 1 ) Whenever i create a custom module of say 5 subjects and after selecting the topics and tags , the module which will get created will be of 1/2/3 subjects. I don’t know why it’s happening. There are always less subjects than selected. 2 ) While solving a module , many a times it gets lost and another custom module shows up from the very first question. And I used to watch my videos on my iPad which has iOS 12. But now after the new update it says that it’s not compatible only with iOS 14 and later. This isn’t fair at all, I cannot update my launcher software, so does this means I need to buy a new iPad. This isn’t how it supposed to be. ### 5/5 — Update noticafication issue *2024-01-08, version 10.0.0* I am unable to use the app . There is a repeated notification for updating my app and each time I try to update it . It sends me back to the app site and there is no option for update . And when I try to open the app again , the update notification pops again . It is not at comfortable to watch it as the video screen size is reduced bcuz of this , and there is no option to remove the unwanted right side info . An unwanted update . Every time it is ready with some another error to show up which wont let you play videos. Customer service is the worst no words, they never solved any problem their solutions are just like restart phone , update app , change wifi ( like i have many WIFI’s any my possession) theyy suck…. Buy cerebellum, prep etc anything but not marrow . ### 1/5 — Payment and customer service and subscription plan b *2025-05-07* I have done payment for plan b it got deducted i my end it showed transferred to marrow account but money didnt gone to marrow account . I spoked with team marrow they responded its problem from bank side . I purchased marrow previous also i was just extending it plan b again for till exam fmge .money got deducted and it will come 14 days bank responded . From marrow end i asked give 14 days extension as a form of help because exam is near . They told not we cant . They told buy again your money will come no problem . As a student buying same thing again how student will afford . Marrow end its very rude and disrespectful really . Not acceptable. ### 1/5 — Your app is too big to have bugs. *2025-04-14* I gave one of your live tests, I attempted all of the questions. Somehow the app says I skipped 136 questions! There’s something wrong at your end. This is unacceptable. If I am unable to check my performance Ina reliable and trustworthy fashion what’s the point of you charging thousands of rupees? Work on your app, marrow being marrow, you cannot afford to give your users (who are all doctors) such an irregular and unpredictable experience. ### 1/5 — Same scam as byju’s *2025-04-06, version 11.18.0* Teach something in your videos, ask something else in your qbank and finally u don’t know why if it was important in the first place then why not teach it? Probably expects you to buy the app and pay 48 k for course and wonder what the hell was the videos are for if they are insufficient to solve their own qbank. Why the hell don’t you teach what you think will come in exams? At the end of the day if i complete your videos then you will drone on and on about how the topics were discussed in your qbank. You know the whole book has 100% hit rate. However, the customer service at marrow is so lacking that it had to be done. I have purchased a plan C from marrow and I could access all the videos q banks etc on the platform. However, since the edition 8 update I am unable to access any of the videos. I have written about this 9 days ago and still I am having the same issue. Every two days I get a reply with have you tried “deleting and reinstalling the app” , “restart your device” bla bla. If this was a free app i wouldn’t even bother running after this much. If I didn’t want the videos then I would have taken a plan A or a B. So disappointed and outraged. As a student trying to excel in my studies, I was excited to access their resources, but the exorbitant prices they charge are simply unaffordable for someone on a tight budget. It's disheartening that they don't consider the financial constraints of students who genuinely need their assistance Moreover, to add insult to injury, Marrow recently increased their already steep prices, making it even more inaccessible for students like me. It's clear they prioritize profits over the needs of their users. In the current digital age, education should be accessible to all, and Marrow's pricing model contradicts that belief. I regret investing my hard-earned money in a platform that seemingly disregards the financial burdens of students. I urge other students to carefully consider the cost before subscribing to Marrow. There are alternative resources available that are more student-friendly and empathetic towards financial struggles. I hope Marrow takes this feedback seriously and reconsiders their pricing strategy to truly support the medical student community. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Please provide an app for annotating notes in iPad like good notes & notability. *2025-11-02, version 11.30.0* Qbank questions are good & it’s explanation also good 😁. Studying from edition 8 Hard copy notes feels like studying from self made hand written notes 😁. Please create an app for annotating notes in iPad where we can get pdfs of all 19 subjects notes & study at any place where we like to carry or take iPad to any place we want to go & study . ### 5/5 — Q bank upgradation *2025-10-22* No doubt q bank is very good , but it is not consistent with the lecture ,topic and the notes . Some places you will find you have done all the lecture associated with the q bank (maybe 2 -3) and then you read notes and revised the topic and now your seated to solve the MCQ , you will find some question that were neither mentioned in the lecture nor in the notes . That’s the only thing that I find disturbing due to which I get my 2-3 mcq wrong , except that everything is great ### 5/5 — Absolute Head cracker *2025-10-07, version 11.28.0* In the beginning, especially when you are new to the app, you will try to solve the questions and you will find it extremely hard and that’s what’s the beauty about it. It is so challenging at times that you always drive to make yourself better and learn new things through the videos. I would suggest you to please provide “subtitles” Because there are some teachers with South Indian accent which Many other students find difficult to understand. 2. Pleassse start providing “Q Banks and PYQS “ as “hard copy books” that is far more easy to solve qs , able to see many highlighted qs in one go in a physical book and very easy to revise qs by a book rather than online q banks. 3. For doubts you should start “ live doubt discussion sessions “ city wise (so that there is no problem of too many students asking qs to teachers and many students not getting a chance to ask due to crowd…city wise if not college wise doubt discussion would be a life saviour for all students ). It will be beneficial not only for students but also reduce other piracy and illegal copy people do to provide pdf notes for the same. ### 5/5 — Marrow- A marvel for cracking NEET PG *2025-01-05, version 11.13.0* I would personally recommend all the undergraduate MBBS that must utilise it thoroughly as it is key to open the door of the best specialities you desire in PG. Very productive and beneficial- one could easily handle the synchronicity of lectures with notes that is so concise and easy to get over fingertips. Best collection of the MCQs and test series that would push you potential to achieve success. Cuz I take notes in iPad so seeing videos and taking notes is so tough for me like splitting the screen. Please take it as a request please bring marrow to windows and mac.
