## What is Marsa · مرسى?

Marsa is the operations and finance system for Egyptian customs brokers, freight forwarders and logistics companies.

Every clearance job lives in one place: the bill of lading, the containers, the goods, the document checklist, and the money that moved. Your team files expenses from the port; you approve them before they hit the books.

Operations
Track each job from arrival through release. Containers, goods, document checklist, remarks, and the full financial ledger for that job, on one screen.

Finance
Cash boxes and bank accounts with live balances and a statement for each. Client accounts showing what each customer owes, per currency. Receipts and payments that need an admin's approval before they count. Partner profit distribution and payroll.

Scan instead of typing
Photograph an expense receipt or a bill of lading and the details are read off it.

Nafeza
Your clients' ACI requests are read from the Egyptian single window every night: new ones can become operations in a tap, expected arrival dates follow Nafeza, and customs updates reach the team.

Notifications
Customs updates, status changes, a morning list of today's arrivals, and reminders for approvals and overdue client payments, in Arabic or English.

Logistics and freight forwarding
Quotes, shipments with multi-leg routing, agent commissions, and rate cards, for companies doing more than clearance.

Built for how Egyptian brokers actually work
Arabic and English throughout, right-to-left done properly, and every figure in the currency it was transacted in.

Marsa requires an account with a company already using the platform. Contact support@silk-labs.net to set one up.
