Marshall Fitness helps former athletes at all levels get back to PEAK fitness without brutal workouts or super restrictive diets. 

Marshall Fitness offers 100% customized transformation plans to clients all over the United States (and now Canada!). Through Marshall Fitness' signature program, The Peak Fitness Challenge, clients receive a custom training program made for their experience level, gym, schedule and more, customized nutrition goals for each day, a 24 week recipe book, nutrition guidelines, grocery list, on-the-go food guide, and weekly check-ins and support from your coach so that you can achieve your goals in the most efficient way.

Marshall Fitness was founded in 2020 by owner and head coach Will Marshall. 

Will Marshall is a former Division 1 soccer player with 10+ years of coaching experience and 8+ years of personal fitness experience. 

Certifications and experience include: 

-ACE Certified Personal Trainer

-5 years of collegiate soccer (Goalkeeper)

-4 years Division 1 (University of Pittsburgh)

-1 year of Division 2 (West Chester University)

-2018 Division 2 National Finalist

-2 years as Goalkeeper Coach with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds (USL Championship-Professional)

-7+ years as Goalkeeper Coach with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds Academy (Youth)

-2+ years as a collegiate Goalkeeper Coach with Virginia Tech and the University of Pittsburgh (College-Division 1)
