Seriously no instructions or any information on how to use or what may be wrong won’t find the ferret finder this is a waste

App doesn’t work I’d like my money back if the pet store would have let that happen.....

I’ll revise if it is fixed but as of right now it’s to light to even be a paperweight.  

So downloaded the app and the first thing it says in the directions is to hit the little ferret looking icon to have it begin looking for the collar.  

Yah it doesn’t do anything.  There is a picture just as it shows in the directions but it doesn’t do anything it acts more like a small picture than a button.  

Tried this on a second iPhone and still nota.   It’s not like this is a complicated app there are only a couple buttons. 

So if this is fixed I’ll rereview but right now it’s about the biggest waste of money I’ve had in a long time.  

So someone tell me I’m stupid and I’m doing something wrong and I’ll give it 5 stars but right now it’s 1 and might look to get my money back.

Set up was easy enough, but the app was often unresponsive and wouldn’t allow me to set any of the alarm tones other than the default. 

The collar had to be manually turned on and turned itself off after ten minutes repeatedly.

The volume at its highest setting was too low to hear outside of the immediate area.

The range was extremely limited and the collar could not be detected between my first and second story. 

The silicone was slick and easily slid off the animal.

I tossed mine in the trash. Don’t waste your money.
