The setup for Alexa doesn’t work anymore so we lost Alexa functionality for our Stanmore II. Otherwise the rest of the app functions properly as far as I can tell. But then I got a new phone and tried to switch over. The speaker won’t connect to Amazon Alexa. I reached out to support. They responded with some steps to try. Followed the steps without success. I believe the issue is within the app, as the app doesn’t respond when trying to log into my Amazon account. Almost considered buying a replacement speaker. I have Stanmore 2 wifi alexa version. First check your wifi is working and Put on the speaker switch to wifi mode. For the first time setup press and hold wifi button until it starts blinking once blinking starts check the device is listed on bluetooth. Connect to bluetooth. Now the next process is to install Spotify music app or any other music app you wanna use. for now m directing you to use Spotify player and check left corner at the bottom where you can select devices to connect your speaker to play with Spotify.
