So disappointing - I wanted a radio station I had saved to listen to the news and missed it as Heston not recognised. I Hate Apps! Wish there were more controls on the unit so I never had to use a damn app. Never work when you want them. Always wanting updates. Update to earlier … iPads can both now recognise my Heston, but can’t connect to WiFi - says no WiFi found. I’m using the WiFi to do this! My TV is streaming fine! Suggestion is to move the soundbar closer to router (or router closer to soundbar). My superfast WiFi is connected through the outside wall into my kitchen. Don’t really want a 65” TV in there to be near the router when the TV works fine where it is. Was OK yesterday. Falling out of love with Heston now. Factory re-sets and losing saved radio stations and presets is a pain in the a***. This time I won’t bother to set them up and just use my Naim muso instead. **Developer response:** Hi there, sorry to hear that. I just don’t understand why it’s a separate app from my other Marshall products, now I have two Marshall apps. I wish it had equalizer presets like my other Marshall app, that way I can easily toggle from “the Marshall sound” and custom presets. ### 2/5 — Not working for IPhone 17 pro *2026-06-19* I have Woburn 3 or Woburn III , my iPhone 11 Pro was working fine with this app but when i changed my phone it didn’t work , its connected with bluetooth but it in the the app it’s just showing connecting and never connects .
