Reach is MARTA’s new on-demand micro transit service, offering curb-to-curb rides within 12 designated zones, and easily connecting you to MARTA’s fixed bus routes and rail lines for seamless travel beyond the designated zones. Learn more about MARTA Reach at www.itsmarta.com/reach Fare: Fare is free until the implementation of the better Breeze system on March 28, 2026. Thereafter, fare will be $2.50 one-way. Same price as a fixed route bus or train ride! Ways to Pay: After implementation of the better Breeze system, credit or debit card in the application, or credit, debit, or Breeze card onboard the vehicle, and cash onboard the vehicle will be accepted. Hours: Approximately 6 AM – 12 AM daily *Hours of operation depend on the zone and are subject to change. Wait Time: Pickups will occur within 30 minutes of your request. Other than that, it’s been a really useful service. ### 5/5 — Great service, But… *2026-08-02* The zones need to be Extended and should be serviced to more Marta stations ### 1/5 — no show *2026-07-27* I just went through the entire process of registration, just to wait for a Vehicle that said it arrived and then left twenty minuets later because I didn’t show up. Which is weird, because I stood at the designated pick up spot at the station where, get this, no one or vehicle showed up. It didnt have a way of contacting or anyone to even communicate where I was, the reach pick up spot 😐, to see where they were or to communicate that no driver had showed up at all. this is ridiculous. ### 5/5 — Pleasant Experience *2026-06-08* This was my first time using MARTA Reach. I love the fact that I don’t have to use Uber anymore and pay 15-20 dollars just to go 8 minutes up the street; however, there are a lot of kinks and issues that must be addressed. One major one being the designated stops need to have signs on them so people will know exercise where to stand to find their Reach bus.
