Cannot believe I paid for this. There's really nothing useful. No inside tips, nothing unique and horribly generic descriptions for the few entries he does have. I requested a refund.

There is so little info in this guide that I would consider it useless even if it were free.  It doesn't even include a map.  Total ripoff, but author says he'll refund money if you don't find it helpful.  I'll try that and let you know result.
