Therefore, I calmly and politely refused to ride with him and had to cancel the ride. Marti wanted to charge me some amount with a reason that was not understandable… but since I haven’t added my card, technically they didn’t charged me. So, I started using public transportation and never had the chance to get a ride with Marti again. After my visit to istanbul I decided to deactivate/delete my account. Unfortunately, even though I tried many many times to request a deletion - that never happened! Günlük yolculuklarınızda yeterince stres, tehlike ve belirsizlik olmadığını mı düşünüyorsunuz? Martı tam size göre. Her kiralama ayrı bir macera: ne kadar çalışacağı belli olmayan frenler, bakımsız araçlar, rastgele arızalar ve sürprizlerle dolu bir deneyim. Şanslıysanız varacağınız yere ulaşırsınız. Daha az şanslıysanız hayat seçimlerinizi yeniden sorgulamaya başlarsınız. En etkileyici tarafı ise fiyatlandırması. Bu kadar düşük hizmet kalitesini bu kadar yüksek fiyatlarla sunabilmek gerçekten takdir edilmesi gereken bir başarı. Birkaç deneyimden sonra şunu anladım: Martı aslında scooter veya elektrikli araç kiralamıyor. Martı; stres, hayal kırıklığı ve istemeden yaşanan adrenalin satıyor. Eğer güvenli bir şekilde ulaşım sağlamak istiyorsanız uzak durun. Ama her yolculuğu kaderle yapılmış küçük bir kumar olarak görüyorsanız, Martı tam size göre. 😌 ### 1/5 — Sehr Enttäuschend!!! *2026-06-20* Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Ich habe mich bereits gestern registriert und die erforderliche Identitätsprüfung durchgeführt. Bis heute wurde mein Konto jedoch nicht freigeschaltet. Gleichzeitig war es problemlos möglich, Geld auf mein Wallet einzuzahlen. Das Guthaben wurde sofort angenommen und meinem Konto gutgeschrieben. Die Dienstleistung kann ich jedoch trotzdem nicht nutzen. Technische Probleme können überall vorkommen. Dafür habe ich Verständnis. Was ich nicht akzeptieren kann, ist die Tatsache, dass kein funktionierender Support erreichbar ist. Die Hotline ist nicht erreichbar, der Support in der App funktioniert nicht und die von mir angeschriebenen E-Mail-Adressen haben meine Nachrichten teilweise sogar zurückgewiesen. Mittlerweile habe ich einen Teil von zwei Urlaubstagen damit verbracht, dieses Problem zu lösen. Statt Unterstützung zu erhalten, wurde ich auf sämtlichen Kommunikationswegen im Stich gelassen. Mein Problem ist nicht die technische Störung selbst, sondern die fehlende Erreichbarkeit des Unternehmens. Wer Kundengelder entgegennimmt, sollte auch erreichbar sein, wenn Kunden Hilfe benötigen. Gelen arac eski model, standart bir aractı ve içi yapıştırıcı/bali kokuyordu. Sürücünüzünün hızlı, tehlikeli ve yola bakmadan arac kullanması sebebiyle bşr kaç defa uyarmak zorunda kaldım ve bir kac defa da carpışma noktasına geldik.Defalarca uyarmama ragmen yavaşlamasını sürücü umursamadı. Güvende hissetmediğim için yolculuğun ortasında yol kenarında alakasız bir yerde inmek istedim. Asıl hikaye burada başladı. Gitmek istediğim yere varmadan alakasız bir yerde inmek zorunda kaldığım için ödeme yapmayacağımı yada yarısını yapacagımı söylediğimde (Not seyahat süresi kısa ve ödenecek toplam 221 tl gibi rahatlıkla ödenecek bir miktardı) sürücü tarafından defalarca tehdit edilip, darp edilme riskiyle karşı karşıya kaldım.Bir kadın kullanıcı olarak Martı tag’dan destek bulamadım, acil yada destek hattını aradığınızda sizi uzun süre bekleten, saatlerce durumu acıklamanızı ve onların notlarını alıp ilgili birime iletmeleri gibi uzun ve işe yaramaz bir sürece giriyorsunuz. Şimdi şunları soruyorum: -Martı Tag sürücülerini neye göre seçiyor? -Premium arac seçeneğinin kriterleri neler? -Bu gibi can güvenliği oluşan durumlarda aldıkları önlemler neler? -özellikle kadın kullanıcılar olası saldırılardan kendini nasıl korur, siz kadınları nasıl koruyorsunuz? Hele bir de öne oturmak zorunda kalırken! On August 26, 2026, I requested a “Premium” vehicle through Martı TAG in Ankara. The vehicle that arrived was an old, standard car, not what I would expect from a premium service. The interior also smelled strongly of glue/solvent. During the ride, I had to warn the driver several times because he was driving fast, recklessly, and frequently taking his eyes off the road. On multiple occasions, we came dangerously close to a collision. Despite my repeated warnings, the driver ignored my requests to slow down. Because I no longer felt safe, I asked to end the trip midway and get out on the side of the road at a random location. This is where the real problem began. Since I was forced to leave the vehicle before reaching my destination, I said that I would either not pay for the trip or would pay only half of the fare. (For the record, the trip was short and the total fare was only 221 TL—an amount I could easily afford to pay.) At that point, the driver repeatedly threatened me, and I felt at risk of being physically assaulted. As a female passenger, I was unable to get meaningful support from Martı TAG. When you call their emergency or support line, you are kept waiting for a long time and then pushed into a lengthy, ineffective process where you spend hours explaining the situation while agents simply take notes and say they will forward the issue to another department. In practice, it is not helpful at all. So I would like to ask the following questions: -How does Martı TAG select its drivers? -What are the actual criteria for a vehicle to qualify as a “Premium” vehicle? -What measures does Martı TAG take in situations where a passenger’s personal safety is at risk? ### 1/5 — Abdussamet *2026-08-21, version 7.7.3* 5 para etmez bir uygulama telefona indirdim İstanbul’a gittiğimde kullanırım diye hata veriyor açılmıyor bile ### 1/5 — App funktioniert nicht *2026-07-30* Wie soll man die App nutzen, wenn sie nicht funktioniert? Die App hätte vor der Veröffentlichung gründlich getestet werden müssen. Surely my account was suspended.
