Saves time. 😁 ### 2/5 — Unable to log in *2025-03-14* This app is one of the most challenging apps to use. On rare occasions it works great and I can easily refill a script. On other days it is worthless. For instance, one script I had to submit the refill four times before it actually went thru. Now I am trying to log in to see if it is ready and haven’t been able to log in due to “technical issues” for over 48 hours. Half the time you can’t login because it forgets you ever existed. So you go to reset the password you put the new password in and it just sits there and times out or it tells you that this email is already in use. So you can’t login when you need to to look at your prescriptions and your families so you have to go in and wait in line to figure out what’s going on. It’s 2025! Make the app work! You have the money. Also, the postive reviews on this app are from people REVIEWING THE ACTUAL PHARMACY NOT THE APP! 😑 ### 1/5 — Rarely works as expected *2025-08-13* After the last big update (sometime last year) this app has stopped functioning well. It doesn’t provide timeline info or updates when prescriptions are received or being filled. Most recently the prescription history section has disappeared and is just blanks. I’d save the space on your device, don’t download it, and just call the pharmacy with inquiries. Even dealing with their crotchitiness is better than the app. ### 1/5 — Messed up *2025-05-11* When they added the payment option they screwed it all up. Reading the recent reviews here- sounds like they don’t even care to fix it- apparently i am not the only one that has spent time on the phone trying to resolve- and- nothing- they just don’t care to fix the problem. We can’t log in- what use is your app?? And why a payment feature anyway- i have to appear to sign and receive my prescription- i can pay when I’m there. I have tried calling twice and each time it will automatically disconnect the phone call after about 15 minutes of waiting for someone to answer. I have tried chatting with someone 4 times and once I explain in detail the issue, in mid chat it stops me from replying to the rep. I have even tried using the feedback option and ask a pharmacist pages and still no response. I used the write a review on the AppStore page thinking that someone would reach out to me like many of the other apps do when you leave a negative review but no one has tried to reach out as of yet. I never had any issues with this app before the last update and I see that many other people have left the same issue about the last update.
