Can never use or save any coupons. In store won’t reference my phone number despite it being on my profile so every time I have to scan my old rewards card manually. Why have an app? It doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-02-01* The app won’t recognize my password and when I try to reset the password I never receive the email with instructions. Every time I open the app, I have to login, again. And it is not communicating with my login that is saved on my phone, so I have to enter my email address manually every time. this happens even when I open the app on the same day, incredibly annoying—please fix this. I’ve been trying to sign up through the app as there are only special discounts that you can get through that avenue. I’ve tried every way to sign up and I keep getting an error message. So basically I can’t get the good sales because the app is unable to allow me to create an account. This is why I stopped shopping at Martins. Can’t find out how to properly use the app while at the store ### 2/5 — Nothing about rewards works *2025-04-09, version 20250320* I tried to add my rewards card to my wallet, this doesn’t work, nothing happens. I and a cashier tried to type in my rewards card number but it wouldn’t let me enter the whole thing or said invalid. My phone number doesn’t work as alt id either. The code will not scan at the self checkout. Only a certain older type of scanner worked to scan the code. This app is a scam, just go to the service desk and ask for a new card. ### 1/5 — EXTREMELY SLOW! *2025-02-02, version 20240124* I have been wanting to do a groceries to go order but the app loads extremely slow. I don’t have the patience for it sadly. I keep getting errors that I cannot update order.
