I used this app/mobile bank for several months and have enough experience.
Support team - not interested to help you, just copy-paste answers. Sometimes just ignore my questions. 
Cash machine/ATM - not updated list. Some machines take fee, but shouldn’t.

I met some troubles during using of the app. Sometimes currencies disappear, sometimes impossible to load/unload a money from card. Actually not bed app but require more improvements. Help desk reply on email quick, thanks for that
