## What is Martva?

Martva is a B2B HR and employee management platform for companies and their employees.

The app helps organizations manage employee attendance, work schedules, training and onboarding, announcements, reports, internal communication, and employee self-service workflows.

Employees can use Martva to view their dashboard, check attendance, see their schedule, access training content, communicate internally, and manage profile/security settings.

Martva is designed for companies and organizations that use the Martva platform. Gadget is shown only as the first/demo organization for App Review access.

For App Review, all demo data is synthetic and does not expose real employee data, banking data, cashier data, or production financial data.
