Even when I scanned to use 2 of my rewards none of my past purchases show up. I have to take a pic of the receipt every time. Also why does the reward receipt need my credit card information? Makes no sense. I hope they correct this in the app. Make it easy for people to scan and get their pouts without having to take an extra step to ask for a receipt which isn’t always given. We completely understand your hesitation to link a card! We take security very seriously, and for that reason, have built our product so that we do not store your information anywhere in our system. When you link a card to the app, your card info is sent directly to Visa, MasterCard, etc. This is how you tell them to enroll you in our program. At no point do we ever see, know, or store your card number.
