It’s darkened and I can’t even upgrade any card. If you know of a way to fix this, great. ### 3/5 — Great fun… BUT… *2026-08-25, version 56.4.1* As the title suggests, I have been playing this game since BETA version. I love that you can play in short bursts or spend the whole day. I have been an Marvel fan since I was a kid, so getting to play a MARVEL card game was a No brainer. The card mechanics are simple to understand (so far anyway…) and some of the artworks are really nice. I am mostly a FTP (Free-to-play) player. I don’t buy anything unless it’s something that I really think is worth it. Which brings me to the BUT… I feel like for those who don’t buy the new cards, you WILL be behind if you are competitive. So it really is entirely up to you to spend or not. The other downside that I experienced, the game keeps crashing on my iPhone 12. And when you do have them beat, they escape. Battles vs bots (which are obvious) are no different (which is completely ridiculous). Meaning newer players that don’t have the means to pay to win will struggle advancing past Vibranium rank. The cube system is completely flawed, and when you lose, you rank down and players who are f2p will surely lose. And when we are just about to win on the last turn, ESCAPE ESCAPE ESCAPE every stinking time. Fun, but keep expectations on going high up the ranks low for you players that aren’t paying. I can understand the devs needing money to keep the game alive but holy smokes you guys are taxxxxxing for your micro transactions in this game. The matches are quick, the locations keep things interesting, and building different decks around your favorite Marvel characters is addictive. My biggest issue is that the game has become increasingly focused on monetization. Keeping up with new cards can feel expensive, and some of the bundles and progression systems make the game less rewarding than it used to be. It can be frustrating when it feels like spending money gives you a much easier path to staying competitive. Despite that, the core gameplay is excellent and keeps me coming back. I’d just love to see the game become a little more player-friendly and rewarding again, especially for longtime and free-to-play players. ### 4/5 — Great game *2026-08-23, version 56.4.1* Great game. Played for a few years now and love the way you can build a hand and level up cards so the look great. Request to the developers though can we have the ability to trade cards in we don’t want for credits, gold or tokens ?? I drop this amount on pretty much any game to test it out if it’ll give me an edge. And this is the amount you have to spend to get an edge.. at the very least.) Anyways, a major in-game bug broke my app, causing limited-time rewards to expire. “Customer support” (what a joke) dragged their feet with automated stalls for days and refused to have a developer fix the backend database. Terrible support for paying players. If they treat people who pay monthly rent prices to play their game like me, how do you think they’ll treat you? I’ve since taken my time and money to a competitor of your which I won’t name but gives the same dopamine boost for a fraction of the cost and none of the headaches. This game is absolutely shameless and soulless. Youve been warned. Stay away if you care about your self respect and reducing stress playing a game on your phone rather than increasing it. I hear they added a draft mode, it looks fun so I reinstalled the game. It loads to 55% and gets stuck there forever. iphone 16 pro max. Pathetic. ### 1/5 — Game isn’t as F2P as people make it out to be *2026-08-24, version 56.4.1* If you’re a new player, starting the game now would feel extremely overwhelming especially if you’re F2P only because it takes way too long to build up a collection without having to spend on packs, and to get a specific card from collection level you need to increase that to level 500 just for an unlock on series 3. The game is also starting to feel like buying passes is a requirement with how broken some of the passes are getting which is ridiculous. But I logged in originally it would work just fine for multiple months. It’s connected to my Apple Games.
