The whole process was seamless and there was help provided to ensure that my unique situation, coming from overseas, did not hinder the ability to use the platform and book excellent Nannies. The app functionality is personalised and the support using the app was outstanding. The two Nannies we used were both professional, caring and conscientious. We could tell they had experience and training to a very high level. It provided a great sense of ease and enjoyment to our trip. It loads very slowly and it feels like the app hasn’t been updated recently, it’s a great idea but really need to improve the tech.
